Shaligram Infotech LLP is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer + Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative user interfaces and enhancing the user experience for web and mobile applications. As a Senior Designer + Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and visually appealing digital solutions.

• Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and user flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Continuously improve the user experience through design enhancements and optimizations.
• Work with developers to ensure the seamless integration of designs into functional applications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies.

• Experience: 5-7 years in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Front-end Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
• UI/UX Design: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both UI design and UX research.
• Understanding of Mobile and Web App Design: Experience with designing mobile-first responsive websites and applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex design problems while maintaining a high level of creativity and user-centered design.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
